Shipping/Delivery Information
Applicable to Australian orders only.
Shipping is via Australia Post pre-paid satchel or parcel post depending on order value/order size and will be at the discretion of The Nut House to decide which is the most appropriate method (there will be no difference in delivery time). We endeavour to keep postage charges as low as possible to give you better value for your money. Due to the many variables involved in postal rates and weight factors, we believe the following table rates to be of the fairest to our customers.

NOTE: Pick-up of orders is acceptable (Townsville local customers only) . Choose 'Pick-up' from checkout menu. There is no postage charged for this option.

Select the PayPal option at checkout. The Nut House uses the PayPal & Globecharge secure websites in conjunction for normal payment methods and by credit card. PayPal secure website is used by hundreds of thousands of companies and is one of the most popular and safest methods. This combination offers even more on-line security.
Please note that globecharge is not a payment service - it is a secure order processing service that will generate an order confirmation advice and will be emailed to the buyer on completion - You will then be forwared automatically to PayPal for payment.
When the Paypal website screen appears, just log-in to your existing PayPal account, or PayPal will offer to create an account, there and then. It only takes a few minutes and you will be able to access this account for future purchases on the internet. It's very easy!

Select the Direct Deposit option at checkout. Our bank details will be displayed and allow you to take note of them. You must then manually make the direct deposit either via internet banking, or via your local bank branch.

Returns Policy
Due to the nature of our products (packaged food products), unfortunately returns are not possible unless specifically authorised by The Nut House in advance. If accepted, return postage is the responsibility of the sender and they shall bare all return postage costs unless specifically advised.
