Shipping/Delivery Information for International orders.
NON-AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS PLEASE NOTE
Due to another huge Overseas Airfreight price increase by AUSTRALIA POST, The Nut House WILL NOT process any overseas orders without prior contact regarding freight costs. Any overseas orders received without prior contact will be refunded 100%. We are very sorry for this decision, but the 1kg freight rate is now over A$30.00!
(Hint - Order with friends & split the freight costs)
We have endeavoured to find a cheaper method to our valued USA & international customers, but this is definitely the best method by far.
Orders received from overseas countries (ie outside of AUSTRALIA ) without prior confirmation of freight costs will be cancelled and a refund issued back to the customer immediately.
** Please note that overseas order & enquiries are welcome but it is very important to contact us before placing an order to verify shipping details and costs **
It is the responsibility of the buyer to check for other customs duties/fees that may also be applicable at the receiving destination.
Payment Methods
The Nut House uses the PayPal secure website for normal payment methods by credit card. PayPal secure website is used by hundreds of thousands of companies and is one of the most popular and safest methods.
Upon check-out, just log-in to your existing PayPal account, or PayPal will offer to create an account, there and then. It only takes a few minutes and you will be able to access this account for future purchases on the internet. It's very easy!
PayPal is the only acceptable method of payment for Non-Australian orders.
Returns Policy
Due to the nature of our products (packaged food products), unfortunately returns are not possible unless specifically authorised by The Nut House in advance. If accepted, return postage is the responsibility of the sender and they shall bare all return postage costs unless specifically advised.
